The Drucker Institute at Claremont Graduate University has announced a call for applications for the 2009 Awards
The first-place prize is $100,000. That’s up from the $35,000 awarded in previous years, thanks to a generous grant from The Coca-Cola Foundation. The second-place award is $7,500, and the third-place prize is $5,000.

Scott Cook, the founder and chairman of Intuit Inc., visited the Drucker School of Management on April 27, 2009 for an on-stage conversation with Rajiv Dutta, current Drucker Executive-in-Residence and former President, eBay Marketplace, PayPal, and Skype. The on-stage conversation titled "Harnessing the Power of Many" focused on how companies reach beyond their traditional boundaries to tap into the thoughts and ideas of those outside their organizations.

Mr. Hough was a CGU faculty member from 1965-1989 and is a former dean and professor of Claremont School of Theology.

From October, 2007 to March, 2008, 1,000 selected schools' deans voted to give their recommendations about the other schools. Country by country they were asked "Which business schools would you recommend to anyone wishing to study in this country?"
